Dina Hemmi is a seasoned Recruiting Executive with 20 years of recruiting experience. Prior to launching her own practice Dina ran an executive retained search division of Turning Point Executive Search in San Diego California. While at Turning Point Dina was a leader in growing the business 300% and breaking into international markets. Placing Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR professionals for some of the region's leading industries such as Biotech, FinTech, Financial Services, SaaS, Technology, Professional Services, Retail, Construction, Industrial Services, Consumer Product Goods, and more.

Previously, Dina worked with two of the world’s largest recruiting firms – Robert Half International & Adecco/Ajilon Professional placing all the way to the C-Suite across a variety of industries. Dina is an expert in hiring and scaling sales & marketing teams nationally as well as internationally and has helped many clients enter new markets globally establishing ground floor sales presence in uncharted regions.

Dina lives in San Diego California with her husband Jason and three children James, Ava and Jackson. She is Graduate of the University of San Diego, where she studied International Business & Finance.
